Are you having difficulty being a loving authority in your home without defaulting to the use of bribes of punishments?

Are you interested in going screen-free but not sure where to start?

Do you have trouble with specific transition times like moving from dinner to bathtime or moving from inside to outside time?

Or maybe you just want some one-on-one time discussing the ins and outs of your own family rhythm.

Whether you want to talk about creating meaningful family traditions or you're stuck in a vicious cycle of losing your cool and then feeling guilty about it... talking to someone about your parenting vision can be transformational. Through one-on-one coaching I am able to serve you in a deeper way – tapping into your own unique needs and circumstances.

I can help you address your unique early childhood challenges.

What You'll Get

When you work with me we will focus our time and attention on the specific challenge you want to address and create a conscious and connected plan of action that is in alignment with your parenting paradigm.

What You Won't Get

Although I am grounded in Waldorf principles, a certified family coach, experienced with working with families and maintain high ethical standards, I am not a therapist or counselor.

I am not able to diagnose, treat or offer any clinical recommendations for you or your children. If you’re suffering from depression, PPD, severe anxiety, extreme marital issues or your children have any abnormal behavioral or health issues please seek professional clinical help.

How Coaching Works

We will take an hour to discuss anything that you're struggling with at the moment. Prior to the call you’ll fill out my questionnaire so you and I can both come prepared.

Sessions are available on a first come, first serve basis and I generally only work with 2-3 individuals each month. Once we start I will be there to whole-heartedly listen and oftentimes I am able to offer some suggestions that may reframe the challenge you're having which in turn will give you a fresher perspective from which to approach it with.

Let me help you on your parenting journey. Because we both want the same thing: to raise capable, cooperative, responsible and respectful children who will grow into emotionally healthy and authentic adults, connected to themselves and their purpose.

About Meagan

After I received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University I travelled and taught TESOL to young children in South Korea and then Australia for 5 years. In 2012, I completed my Foundations in Steiner Education and Anthroposophy at the Sydney Rudolf Steiner College. In 2017 I received my certification as a Simplicity Parenting Family Life Coach under the mentorship of Kim John Payne. I am continually studying early childhood development with a particular focus on the importance of rhythm in the home. Some of my parenting mentors and teachers include Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Dr. Gordon Neufeld, Dr. Gabor Mate, Meghan Leahy and Janet Lansbury.

Although I have many written many Guides and offer a variety of Video Courses, I know sometimes the best way to help is by listening and offering advice and support that is based on your lifestyle, your personality and your wonderfully unique children. That is why I offer one-on-one guidance whenever I can.

I believe from the bottom of my heart that peace begins in the home. Sometimes all it takes is for us to feel that we are heard in order to create a shift in energy and approach. I'd be honoured to be the one to listen.
