In the Kitchen : Homemade Jelly Candy


1 cup of pomegranate juice

3 TBS grass-fed gelatin

4 TBS raw honey

Let’s Begin

Combine all three ingredients in a pot on very low heat until the gelatin has completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth (if there are small bits of gelatine you can strain them out).

Line a rectangular casserole dish with baking paper and pour the juice/gelatine into it and put it in the fridge to set for 45 – 60 minutes. When it is set take it out and use cookie cutters to cut out pieces.
